For over 37 years, his unwavering dedication to Solid Rock PCG has been a living testament to his calling and a reflection of his enduring relationship with God. He and his wife, Jan, have not only built a strong family foundation—with their two sons and daughters-in-law actively involved in the church—but have also nurtured a spiritual family that spans decades.

    Pastor Shaddon’s leadership is not merely administrative; it is a ministry born from a heart dedicated to serving others as Christ served us. His commitment to the community is a direct outflow of his faith, demonstrating a desire to shepherd, guide, and support those around him. Beyond his pastoral duties, his role on state-level administration showcases a broader dedication to Christian ministry, guided by biblical principles and a prayerful spirit. His passion for the outdoors, particularly as an avid deer hunter, speaks to a man who appreciates God's creation and finds a quiet connection with the Creator. This blend of long-standing pastoral service, family commitment, and personal devotion provides a steady and knowledgeable hand, grounded in faith, to guide the academy.

    Wisdom Wonders Classroom Supervisor

    As co-administrator, Jan Shaddon is a cornerstone of the Solid Rock Christian Academy community, embodying a life of dedicated service and unwavering faith. A devoted wife to Pastor Mike for 37 years and a loving mother to two sons, she now cherishes her role as a wonderful Mimi to her grandchildren. Her extensive experience working for several years in a private Christian school has equipped her with valuable insights into educational administration, curriculum, and the unique needs of a faith-based learning environment. Janet holds an associate's degree in business, providing a strong foundation for the organizational and financial aspects of the academy.

    Beyond her professional and family roles, Jan is known for her warm and generous spirit and her beautiful laugh. A truly wonderful cook, she often expresses her love and care for others through hospitality. Above all, Janet is a faithful servant of God, consistently demonstrating her commitment through her support of her husband's ministry and her active involvement in the church. Her heart for children, her administrative skills, and her deeply rooted faith make her an invaluable leader in guiding Solid Foundations Christian Academy.

    Wisdom Wonders Classroom Monitor

    Jenna Shaddon serves as the Wisdom Wonders Classroom monitor, bringing a unique blend of skills and a heart for learning to her role. As a devoted wife and a mother to three children, she understands the dynamics of family and the importance of a nurturing environment. Jenna is a licensed practical nurse, and her background in healthcare provides a compassionate and capable presence in the classroom. Further demonstrating her commitment to education, she holds two associate's degrees—one in General Studies and another in the Arts—and is actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

    A passionate photographer, Jenna has a creative eye that she brings to all her endeavors. She is a dedicated member and volunteer at Solid Rock PCG, reflecting her deep faith and commitment to serving others. Her love for learning is a driving force in her life, making her an inspiring role model for the young minds in her care. Jenna's diverse skill set and her passion for both family and faith make her an invaluable part of the Solid Foundations Christian Academy team.

    Bright Minds Classroom Supervisor

    Cheyenne Reeves serves as the Bright Minds Classroom Supervisor, where her lifelong dream of becoming an educator has been a source of passion and purpose for seven years. A graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Cheyenne's career is a direct fulfillment of her childhood calling.

    Her faith in and personal relationship with Jesus Christ are the true foundation of her teaching philosophy. She believes her role is not just to teach subjects, but to empower students through the hope and love found in Jesus. This deep faith is a constant source of inspiration, and it's reflected in her gentle and nurturing approach.

    As a devoted wife and a loving mother to her son, Samuel, Cheyenne understands the importance of creating a warm and supportive environment. Her passion for teaching, particularly reading, is contagious, and she delights in watching children's minds blossom. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading herself and has a beautiful singing voice. She also finds joy in the simple, vibrant colors of pastels and rainbows, which often brighten her classroom. Cheyenne's commitment to her students' growth and her unwavering faith make her an exceptional and beloved leader at Solid Foundations Christian Academy.

    Lilly Scott, the Bright Minds Classroom Monitor, is a proud Christian and a grateful mother whose deep love for children has guided her path. She is stepping into this new role with immense joy and a heart for serving the students at Solid Rock Christian Academy. Lilly previously worked at the Department of Human Services, where her compassion and dedication to protecting and caring for children were evident. This experience has equipped her with a unique understanding of children's needs and a deep commitment to their well-being. Currently, she is pursuing a bachelor's degree, further demonstrating her passion for learning and her desire to grow as an educator. Lilly's kind spirit, compassionate heart, and unwavering faith make her an invaluable addition to the Bright Minds classroom.

    Sunshine Steps Classroom Supervisor

    Brandi Woodard, the Sunshine Steps Classroom Supervisor, brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of love to her role. With an Associate's degree in Child Development, Brandi has dedicated over 20 years to childcare, including her time as a substitute teacher and a role at By Faith Christian Preschool. Her passion for nurturing young minds is matched only by her dedication to her faith. A faithful attendee and volunteer at Solid Rock PCG, Brandi's life is a testament to her commitment to serving others.

    As a devoted wife to a police officer and a loving mother to two girls, she understands the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment. Brandi is exceptionally organized and has a creative flair, which she loves to express through crafts and painting—a passion reflected in her favorite color, green. Her greatest joy in teaching, however, comes from sharing with her students the same boundless love that Jesus has shown her, making her a truly inspiring and compassionate leader in the Sunshine Steps classroom.
